Do you love to do your makeup but when you get to your eyes find yourself trembling with fear? Getting the right, intense, big, bright eyes is every girl’s dream, but…. How can we make it come true? Follow our step-by-step guide.
Eyeliner is one of the most feared cosmetics around but it really isn’t that bad. If you put a bit of effort in and practice following our simple tips then you’ll get the hang of it no sweat!
Getting your eyeliner just right
The first thing you need to do it make some time. Remember that if it doesn’t come out right the first time then you can always use a makeup remover and start again. Remember that the first time you won’t get it right, you’ll need some practice to perfect the technique.
Types of eyeliner
Before beginning, you should decide on the shape that you’re going for to make application easier and more symmetrical. There are different types of eyeliner styles, thin, classic cat, with wing, without wing, double wing, half eye.... You can change to suit your style on that day or just choose the one that suits you best. You should remember that makeup is fun and so what may seem like a mountain now will be reduced to a molehill once you’ve got the hang of it.
At Salerm Cosmetics we suggest 4 popular styles:
. Half eye fine winged line: this will help you make your eye look bigger and subtly define its shape. Ideal for daytime styles.
. Half eye thick winged line: a little bit bolder but easier to do than the above option.
. Just wing: ideal for beginners. It’ll help you make your eyes more catlike with very little effort.
. Complete liner without wing: if you have big eyes then you can give them added definition with this liner option.
