Eating too much sugar can cause the scalp to become inflamed, as can smoking and drinking, both of which may have a negative influence on our hair’s health. Foods such as Goji berries, oats, quinoa and spinach are beneficial for our hair as they protect us from inflammation, provide vitamins B and C and contain antioxidant properties.
