How to protect your hair on rainy days

Humidity can become our hair’s worst enemy. Rain, or coastal areas can ruin our hair, making it frizzy and unmanageable. But finally the days of suffering are over.
Hair with the greatest tendency to become unruly in humid conditions are those with greatest density or curly or wavy hair.
Hydration
The best way to avoid the issue is to make sure your hair is hydrated and nourished all year round. Use masks and conditioners to keep them protected from external aggressions. Brushing
Although you may not believe it, a comb can be your closest ally or worst enemy for avoiding the effects of humidity. Plastic or metal combs with close teeth can product static, and accentuate frizz. If you want to prevent this, then choose a wooden comb with thick teeth and comb through hair when still wet.

Washing
Another important thing to bear in mind is to remove all the water from your hair when washing. When there’s humidity in the air, going out with wet hair is a bad choice. To prevent this first you should wrap your hair in a towel. When doing this don’t rub the hair which will increase the presence of static. Simply wrap the hair up gently and leave the turban on for about 5 minutes. When the time is up, take the towel off, comb through and apply Salerm 21 Bi-Phase. Then, use a hairdryer on medium heat to remove any remaining moisture.
Curly hair
As we mentioned before, this is the type of hair most prone to frizz, so we’re going to give it a special mention. On rainy days, a good solution for controlling curls and keep them in place is to apply some Pro·Line Mousse. No humidity is a match for this mousse! Important! It should be applied to wet hair.
